4. Internationaler Leaders Club Award für myindigo

Medaillenplätze beim Contest der innovativsten europäischen Gastronomiekonzepte für myindigo aus Österreich, die Bullerei aus Deutschland und Seven aus der Schweiz

Hamburg, 8. Februar 2010. Emotion pur. Glückstrahlend nahmen Doris und Heiner Raschhofer am 5. Februar 2010 im Neuen Schloss in Stuttgart den Award für das innovativste Gastronomiekonzept in Europa entgegen. Ihr Erfolgskonzept heißt myindigo und steht für Fastfood der frischen, leichten und gesunden Art. Mit myindigo gewann das Gastronomenpaar aus Salzburg vor der Bullerei, dem Senkrechtstarter 2009 der Hamburger Gastronomie von TV-Koch Tim Mälzer und seinem Partner Patrick Rüther, gefolgt auf Platz drei von Seven, der Lifestyle-Gastronomie der Familie Breuer und Starkoch Ivo Adam in Ascona „Jedes der drei Siegerkonzepte ist für sich einzigartig und herausragend. Gemeinsam ist ihnen, dass sie genau das sind, was Gäste sich heute wünschen: glaubwürdige und gute Gastronomie“, brachte Roland Koch, Präsident der Leaders Club Deutschland AG das Ergebnis auf den Punkt.

Silver Palms 2010


BULLEREI was created by the TV chef Tim Mälzer, and his partner Patrick Rüther. The place is portrayed with a relaxed atmosphere, a rustic cuisine, industrial charm and modern architecture, exposed brick walls, gray stone ground, long oak tables and chairs specially made from malt. The catcher is a wall painting of a hamburger illustrator in the fireplace room. Great emphasis is placed on sustainability and regional seasonal produce.
